Sun setting in Dumfriesshire

Going into a field to avoid power lines I became aware I was being watched....

Sun setting on the Dumfries coast

Inland, it was very cloudy, so we went sunset chasing on the coast. There was nothing much doing and we went round a bend in the road and came across this.

"The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind" ... Dylan

Somewhere in Dumfriesshire. I knew it was going to be one of those weekends when this was the first thing that came in sight....

No blogs since last Tuesday! I have of course been away, firstly three days for work and them camping in Dumfriesshire. This picture was taken at the Loch Arthur Community Creamery Shop - at Beeswing. A visit to this shop is greatly recommended if you are in the area!

Poles show the route of the Pilgrims Way - only for crossing when the tide is low! The wandering photographers interpretation of this much photographed subject. The day was notable for becoming infested with pirri pirri! This was Friday by the way... I'm a bit behind....
